Job Title: Service Desk Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly technical Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Vaco. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Document and track technical issues and resolutions
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  2. Strong technical skills and knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
