Job Title: Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Vaco. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, with a focus on first contact resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Document and track issues using our ticketing system
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
  • Strong technical skills, with a focus on Windows and Mac environments
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • HDI, A+, Microsoft Technologies, Apple Technologies, or ITIL Foundations certification a plus
