Service Desk Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Experis. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot issues with Enterprise Windows and Mac environments
  • Install and configure software, peripherals, and drivers
  • Track inventory and perform computer refreshes for Windows and Mac devices
  • Install and troubleshoot mobile devices (iOS and Android)
  • Troubleshoot issues with Teams, Zoom, and Webex
Requirements:
  • College degree and 2 years of direct experience working for an Enterprise Service Desk
  • Certifications accepted in lieu of experience/education include: HDI, A+, Microsoft Technologies, Apple Technologies, ITIL Foundations
  • Ability to work with general instruction, oversee projects, and mentor junior staff
