Service Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Columbus, OH. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in an Enterprise Windows and Mac environment
- Experience with installing and configuring software, peripherals, and drivers
- Ability to work with ticketing systems and follow established guidelines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- College degree and 2 years of direct experience working for an Enterprise Service Desk
- Experience with HDI, A+, Microsoft Technologies, Apple Technologies, and ITIL Foundations certifications
- Ability to work with general instruction, oversee projects, and mentor junior staff
- Ability to de-escalate difficult situations and effectively collaborate with senior staff and junior staff
