Job Title: Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Vaco. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve issues in an Enterprise Windows and/or Mac environment
  • Install and configure software, hardware, and peripherals
  • Track inventory and perform computer refreshes for Windows and Mac devices
  • Meet or exceed 95% positive customer satisfaction surveys
  • Install and troubleshoot mobile devices, Teams, Zoom, and Webex
  • Communicate effectively with staff and produce written communications in a prompt and professional manner
Requirements:
  • College degree and 2 years of direct experience working for an Enterprise Service Desk
  • HD, A+, Microsoft Technologies, Apple Technologies, or ITIL Foundations certifications accepted in lieu of experience/education
  • Ability to work with general instruction, oversee projects, and mentor junior staff
  • Ability to de-escalate difficult situations and effectively collaborate with senior staff and junior staff
