Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Document and track client issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and software
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
