Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
