Qualifications:

  • 3 main key function: Relationship Management, People Management, and Operations Management.Â
  • Current and active CAM License in Florida
  • Proven track record as a successful Regional Manager
  • Strong leadership skills with prior supervisory responsibilities
  • A minimum of 7 years in the field of residential property management
  • Proficiency in implementing organizational change to enhance client satisfaction
  • Exceptional analytical and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate change, solutions, and updates
  • Demonstrated ability in leadership, coaching, and motivation
  • Possession of a valid state driver's license and mandatory vehicle insurance
  • Comprehensive understanding of Florida Statutes 718 & 720
  • Physical capability: Ability to lift, sit, stand, type, move within properties, and maintain effective hearing
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday during standard business hours

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of community managers and staff, emphasizing a strong customer service orientation
  • Attract, develop, and retain property managers capable of exceeding client expectations
  • Support the on-boarding process for new managers
  • Provide continuous training, coaching, and career development for team members
  • Set the standard through personal leadership, emphasizing a positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
  • Ensure self and team accountability for property management tasks in line with company goals
  • Foster collaboration with various departments to achieve measurable results
  • Offer constructive feedback, coaching, regular check-ins, and perform annual reviews
  • Conduct regular team meetings to convey company initiatives, client expectations, budget reviews, and training objectives
