Supervisory Responsibility: This role oversees all departmental employees and is accountable for their performance management and recruitment.
Work Environment: This position primarily operates in a professional office setting.Site visits will include condominium high-rise buildings and homeowner associations, which may feature on-site food and beverage services.
The work environment may involve moderate to loud noise levels and construction activities. This role typically utilizes standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.Physical Demands: The physical requirements outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
While executing job duties, the employee is regularly required to communicate verbally and audibly.Frequent requirements include standing, walking, using hands for manipulation, and reaching with hands and arms.
The employee may need to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs. The position necessitates walkthroughs of properties within the portfolio to identify any discrepancies from company standards.Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, exempt (salaried) position. Evening and weekend work may be necessary as job responsibilities dictate. This schedule may be adjusted to meet the business needs of the organization.
Required Education and Experience: A strong managerial background is essential; a minimum of four (4) years of experience in Community Association Management is required, along with the ability to obtain CAI designation of CMCA or higher within 12 months of employment.
Capability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, financial statements/audits, regulations, or documents of similar complexity is necessary.Proficiency in the latest technologies, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, and a willingness to develop knowledge and skills in Jenark software through in-house training is expected.
Employees may be required to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, as needed. The ability to respond promptly to emergency situations is crucial, and availability for emergency calls is required.
