As the CRM Analyst, you will set up new measurement mechanisms for emerging channels (SMS, Push, In-Product Notifications) and conduct analysis on complex lifecycle programs across channels.


Responsibilities:

  • Measure impact of mobile channels - Push and SMS in particular - building measurement and attribution mechanisms in line with industry best practices
  • Dive into complex data sets to analyze trends, identify opportunities and quantify the potential value of new initiatives & channels
  • Carry out channel level and campaign level analysis, supporting CRM marketers in result and test share outs by drafting key insights and recommendations
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and align on overall output) to enhance In-Product Notifications, SMS and Push programs, closely partnering with Product teams


Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Prior CRM Analysis experience
  • Experience in Data Analysis & Set up measurement
  • Mobile Channell measurement experience
  • Experience with Email or Database Marketing
