Responsibilities:

Candidate Recruitment & Placements

  • Create Boolean searches to source prospective candidates utilizing a variety of recruitment tools and strategies.
  • Initiate contact with candidates through multiple channels of communication including cold calls and emails and job platform outreach.
  • Video-Interview prospective candidates with the goals of establishing a professional relationship and accurately assessing their technical skills, motivations, and compensation and benefit expectations.
  • Independently support candidates’ interview processes by providing interview preparations, interview debriefs, addressing questions and concerns, and assisting in offer negotiations.
  • Close candidates in accepting a client job offer.


Sales

  • Support RightClick’s business development efforts by strategically gathering market knowledge from business conversations with candidates.
  • Establish a healthy book of business by maintaining communication with placed and unplaced candidates.
  • Consistently achieve monthly recruiting metrics set by the organization.


Continuous Learning

  • Participate in daily meetings to discuss client details and position requirements.
  • Conduct research on technology and position skillsets of clients’ jobs.
  • Engage in continuous Learning and Development (L&D) programs to advance career development.


Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of sales or professional experience.
  • Previous leadership or mentorship experience, professionally or unprofessionally.
  • An interest in developing a career within the staffing and recruiting industry.
  • Track record of success in a goal-oriented position.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role.
  • Innately competitive and driven by personal and professional goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to autonomously work strategically and problem-solve.
  • Desire to work in a sales environment.
  • Ability to learn new skills and apply them.
  • Proficiency working with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, MS Team, Outlook).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of Information Technology (IT).
  • Bachelor’s degree.
