Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Staffing Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top IT talent with our clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing and Placement
    • Create Boolean searches to source prospective candidates using various recruitment tools and strategies.
    • Initiate contact with candidates through multiple channels of communication, including cold calls and emails.
    • Video-interview prospective candidates to establish a professional relationship and assess their technical skills, motivations, and compensation expectations.
    • Support candidates' interview processes by providing interview preparations, debriefs, and addressing questions and concerns.
    • Closing candidates in accepting a client job offer.
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Support RightClick's business development efforts by gathering market knowledge from business conversations with candidates.
    • Establish a healthy book of business by maintaining communication with placed and unplaced candidates.
    • Consistently achieve monthly recruiting metrics set by the organization.
  • Continuous Learning and Development
    • Participate in daily meetings to discuss client details and position requirements.
    • Conduct research on technology and position skillsets of clients' jobs.
    • Engage in continuous Learning and Development (L&D) programs to advance career development.


Requirements

  • 2-5 years of sales or professional experience.
  • Previous leadership or mentorship experience, professionally or unprofessionally.
  • An interest in developing a career within the staffing and recruiting industry.
  • Track record of success in a goal-oriented position.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role.
  • Innately competitive and driven by personal and professional goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to autonomously work strategically and problem-solve.
  • Desire to work in a sales environment.
  • Ability to learn new skills and apply them.
  • Proficiency working with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, MS Team, Outlook).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of Information Technology (IT).
  • Bachelor's degree.
