Key Responsibilities- Talent Sourcing:
- Research and identify potential candidates for various roles within the B2B sales industry, with opportunities to support creative, marketing, and technology sectors.
- Create targeted candidate lists and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified individuals.
- Utilize diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to engage potential candidates and cultivate relationships.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend position requirements and candidate profiles.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively attract top talent.
- Assist in formulating strategies to fill roles efficiently and effectively.
- Pipeline Management:
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Reporting:
- Provide regular updates on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and market insights.
- Assist in reporting on sourcing performance and suggesting improvements.
- Experience: Previous experience in sourcing or recruiting is preferred but not mandatory. A strong interest in talent acquisition and the creative, marketing, or technology sectors is essential.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools is advantageous.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong research skills with the capacity to analyze market trends and candidate data.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
