Position Summary

We are in search of a proactive and results-oriented Sourcer to enhance our recruiting initiatives by identifying and engaging exceptional talent. This hybrid role requires in-office presence in Norwalk, CT for three days each week, while allowing for remote work on the remaining days. The Sourcer will be instrumental in sourcing leading candidates, with the potential for advancement to a Recruiter role within a specified timeframe based on performance. Candidates should be prepared for the repetitive nature of the tasks involved, as a systematic approach to candidate sourcing is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Talent Sourcing:
    • Research and identify potential candidates for various roles within the B2B sales industry, with opportunities to support creative, marketing, and technology sectors.
    • Create targeted candidate lists and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified individuals.
    • Utilize diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to engage potential candidates and cultivate relationships.
  2. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend position requirements and candidate profiles.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively attract top talent.
    • Assist in formulating strategies to fill roles efficiently and effectively.
  3. Pipeline Management:
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  4. Reporting:
    • Provide regular updates on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and market insights.
    • Assist in reporting on sourcing performance and suggesting improvements.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in sourcing or recruiting is preferred but not mandatory. A strong interest in talent acquisition and the creative, marketing, or technology sectors is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools is advantageous.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong research skills with the capacity to analyze market trends and candidate data.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
