We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sourcer to join our team and support our recruiting efforts by identifying and engaging top talent. This hybrid role requires working from our Norwalk, CT office 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days. The Sourcer will play a crucial role in finding lead candidates, and there is potential for promotion to a Recruiter position within 6-12 months based on performance.

• Talent Sourcing: Identify and research potential candidates for various roles in the b2b sales industry, with opportunity to support the creative, marketing, and technology sectors.
• Develop targeted candidate lists: Execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Utilize various channels: Engage potential candidates and build relationships through job boards, social media, and networking.

• Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements and candidate profiles.
• Stay informed: Industry trends and market conditions to effectively target and attract top talent.
• Assist in strategy development: Fill roles efficiently and effectively.

• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure accurate records: Maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Reporting: Provide regular updates on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and market insights.
• Assist in performance reporting: Recommend improvements.

• Experience: Previous experience in sourcing or recruiting is preferred but not required. A strong interest in talent acquisition and the creative, marketing, or technology sectors is essential.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates effectively.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools is a plus.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong research skills with the ability to analyze market trends and candidate data.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
