Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial operations including accounting, budgeting, auditing, and tax activities.
  • Design and manage inventory systems (HUB purchase order system) for accurate monitoring and reporting.
  • Act as the main contact for liability claims, coordinating with the Director of Security for resolution.
  • Review event settlements daily, reconciling revenue and labor with the CE daily batch.
  • Prepare bi-monthly reports and annual event summaries with key statistics for financial decision-making.
  • Track budget versus actual expenditures, providing strategic advice to meet budget goals.
  • Engage in weekly finance meetings and other relevant gatherings to align with departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Oversee reconciliation of monthly ledgers, including receivables, payables, bank accounts, and wage/expense accounts.
  • Assist with billing inquiries and provide backup for accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Ensure alignment of the financial analyst's work with operational goals, utilizing Microsoft 365 and Momentus tools.
  • Special Projects: Support the Controller on various special financial projects.
