Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at The HR Source. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our organization, with a focus on talent acquisition, data management, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and reduce time-to-fill.
  • Manage and analyze HR data to inform strategic decisions and improve HR processes.
  • Provide exceptional employee experience through proactive communication, training, and support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist with talent acquisition and data management expertise.
  • Previous work experience in an educational institution or nonprofit organization.
  • Punctuality and strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and data protection regulations.
