Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Source, curate, and maintain inventory of fashion products to ensure they align with current trends and customer preferences for display and sale.
- Video Creation: Produce high-quality short videos showcasing fashion products, providing styling tips, highlighting features, and presenting outfit inspirations.
- Content Development: Develop compelling content for social media platforms and websites, including engaging captions, informative blog posts, and detailed product descriptions to attract and inform customers.
- Communication and Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication among cross-functional teams to coordinate product selection, manage inventory efficiently, and execute promotional activities.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on fashion industry trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics to optimize product offerings and promotional strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in fashion, business, marketing, sales, or related fields.
- Previous experience in fashion retail or e-commerce operations preferred, demonstrating strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in inventory management and customer service.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams, convey information professionally, and engage with customers in a knowledgeable manner.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks efficiently, and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market trends.
Salary
- hourly fixed fee ($30-$45/hour）+ performance based bonus
