Job Title: Business Development Executive - Medical Staffing

Location: Boston, MA (Remote)

Experience: 5+ years

Pay: $30K Base + Incentives (Which is equivalent to $120K Annual)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Consultant to join our team. This role is focused on securing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with Hospitals for their Medical staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and sales within the Medical staffing industry.

Xenspire Group is a revolutionary endeavor born out of a passion for humanizing intricate processes before optimizing them through cutting-edge technology and AI. We have created a new category called Neurohiring to bring a much-needed change to the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients. Develop and execute strategic plans to engage and secure MSAs with these target companies.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing contacts. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiations for contract terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs. Effectively close deals and secure MSAs.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the internal team, including recruitment and legal, to ensure seamless contract execution and fulfilment of staffing requirements.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics. Provide insights and strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the Medical staffing industry. Demonstrated success in securing MSAs with Hospitals.
  • Strong Network: Established network of contacts within Hospitals.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuasively present proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop effective strategies and problem-solve.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated with a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
