The International Spine, Pain & Performance Center is a medical and wellness practice highlighting fitness and nutritional services with offices in Arlington VA and Washington DC, grounded in interdisciplinary care and cutting-edge technology, we focus on patient-centered outcomes and value-based care.


We are seeking a professional, energetic, well-spoken, team-oriented person. Individuals must have the personality to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work well independently. We represent a team of self-motivated individuals with professional demeanor functioning as a team. We are looking for someone to fit right in. Someone with excellent phone skills. The ability to multi-task, and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail is a must. This position represents our practice’s image and individuals would need to create a welcoming environment especially for our patients. Tremendous growth opportunity for the right candidates. Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities

· Triage Patients

· Report pertinent patient information to clinicians

· Maintain an organized clinic and procedural schedule

· Maintain HIPPA compliance with patient records

· Verify and update patient insurance

· Gather office notes and imagine reports

· Follow Standard Precautions when interacting with patients

· Maintain cleanliness and order of examination and procedure rooms

· Knowledgeable with an EMR system

· Strong organizational skills

· Assist physician with injections and procedures

· Excellent customer service and communication skills

· Ability to multi-task

· Proper and safe use of office equipment (C-arm, Ultrasound, etc)

Job Type: Full-time


Salary: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
