The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a comparable role. Commercial real estate experience is ideal


RESPONSIBILITIES

•Provides direct support to Co-founders, coordinating group events, business development events, partner retreats, holiday parties and more.

•Maintain Co-Founders and other executive staff’s calendars, plan and scheduled meetings.

•Process travel expenses and reimbursements.

• Coordinates extensive travel, transportation, fun events, conferences, budget conscious.

• Responsible for researching business infrastructure to better the company.

• Coordinates all itineraries for monthly travels.

• Assists with Investor relations

• General ledger of daily transactions.

• Property management for several units.

• Keeping files of closing documents and other highly confidential agreements.

• Maintains secured systems in order to provide highly confidential documents to our accounting team and attorneys.

• Distributes department announcements to 15 employees, book conference rooms and coordinates catering for all level meetings.

• Prepares, gathered and proof-read briefing materials, agendas and decks for all Executive-level meetings.

• Processes travel expenses and reimbursements in a timely manner, creating expense reports, managing against budget policies, and coordinating semi-annual audit of travel budgets.


REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates must have at minimum an Associate Degree

• 5 years of experience as a Executive assistant required.

• Strong communication skills
