Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, processing invoices, supply management, and maintaining HR records.

·        Support staff by facilitating communication and acting as a liaison between our internal team and corporate HR by processing new hires, payroll, benefits information, and regular communication regarding company perks.

·        Ensure adherence to company policies within the Employee Handbook. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant company HR practices.

·        Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors; handle inquiries professionally to create the best first impression.

·        Plan and manage monthly office activities such as lunches, weekly games, theme days, and larger events such as the end-of-year party and company picnic within a set budget.

·        Manage and maintain office storage organization and overall tidiness of shared spaces, i.e. kitchen, game room, and open areas.

·        Send a monthly company newsletter detailing upcoming activities, important dates, and applicable tips and announcements.

·        Manage sporting events schedule and tickets for company season tickets.


Qualifications:

·        1-3 years of proven work experience in an administrative/office management role.

·        Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.

·        Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

·        Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

·        Capable of fostering a positive work environment, leading meetings, safety drills and other office activities.

·        Able to anticipate office needs and potential issues before they arise; proactive in addressing challenges effectively.
