Annual Salary: $90-110K

Introduction: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Administrator/Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support decision-making processes and improve organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Prepare reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Database Administration: Administer and manage databases, including data entry, updates, and backups. Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports as required. Assist in the development of data-driven strategies and recommendations.
  • Data Integration: Integrate data from different systems and sources to provide a comprehensive view of key metrics.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve data-related issues. Implement improvements to enhance data quality and analysis processes.
  • Collaboration: Work with various departments to understand their data needs and provide support for data-related queries and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in data management, analysis, and reporting. Familiarity with database management systems and data analysis tools.
