WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Next Marketing is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in experiential marketing, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to lead and execute high-profile campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with creative flair, capable of managing multiple projects and delivering outstanding results.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Client Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, understanding their objectives and providing strategic guidance.
- Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and insights on program/campaign progress.
- Project Leadership:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of experiential marketing campaigns, including events, activations, and other brand experiences.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee and coordinate field teams responsible for executing experiential campaigns, ensuring consistency and quality in execution.
- Travel to client and event locations as needed to ensure best in class service and execution
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and present strategic marketing plans and proposals that align with clients' goals and Next Marketing's capabilities.
- Stay informed on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and participate in new client pitches.
- Contribute to the agency's growth by expanding the client portfolio and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to demonstrate campaign impact and ROI to clients.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably within an experiential marketing agency.
- Proven success in managing and executing experiential marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of experiential marketing, brand activations, and event production.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Possess a positive and collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management tool
