As a Senior Brand Manager Consultant, you will be working directly with the Marketing, Brands, and Campaigns teams to construct a comprehensive strategic brand and marketing plan for the upcoming year. Your role would require a quick understanding of the brand's unique market position and marketing challenges to review and amend the existing marketing communications strategies for improved future plans.


Using customer and market insights, you will be expected to mould brand strategy and pinpoint core tasks to be tackled in the upcoming year, providing support in composing campaign briefs.


The Brand Consultant will collaborate closely with agency partners, internal insights teams and media teams to guide the annual planning process from start to finish. This would include briefing partners and channel teams to formulate a comprehensive communication and marketing plan for the upcoming year. This will also include presenting strategies and plans to senior leadership.


Requirements:

  • 10-12+ years of experience in Brand Marketing and Brand Management
  • Must have recent CPG experience, as evidenced on a resume within the past 1-2 years
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is required
  • Must be available to work on-site or hybrid in the far western suburbs, 40 hours per week for a 3-6 month long engagement
