ROLE SUMMARY:
The Senior Facilities Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our Facilities Management functions within the community. This position requires travel across various states, ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest standards of safety and comfort for our residents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all residents.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
  • Develop and assign work tasks to maintenance team members effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proficient in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, with a strong grasp of compliance regulations.
  • Experience in maintaining water source heat pumps is preferred.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and life safety standards.
  • Demonstrated supervisory skills, including staff recruitment, coaching, and performance management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate tasks based on team members' strengths.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead small group presentations and training sessions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning new software applications.
  • Willingness to travel for special projects as needed.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet service demands.
