* Lead a team of tax professionals in providing tax compliance and consulting services to clients
* Develop and implement tax strategies to meet client needs
* Collaborate with clients to understand their tax needs and provide tailored solutions
* Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting
* CPA certification
* 6-8+ years of experience in public accounting
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service

**Compensation:**

* $140,000-200,000+ (depending on experience)
* Excellent benefits package
* In-Office or Hybrid work arrangement
