Job Summary

As a Brand Operations Manager at AbbVie, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our brand initiatives. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage program activities to optimize operational performance and meet customer needs.
  • Ensure alignment of sales and operations to maintain assurance of supply.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain planning groups to resolve tactical supply issues.
  • Develop and calculate metrics to measure brand health.
  • Execute product launches and lifecycle programs.
  • Lead projects with managerial oversight and take initiative to anticipate challenges.
  • Ensure product inventory and supply strategies are reflected in plans and updates.
Requirements
  • Sound judgment with accountability in determining the best approach to manage issue resolution.
  • Ability to elevate issues that threaten the security of supply.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
