Position Overview:

The Senior Recruiting Manager will lead and drive full-cycle recruiting efforts for our AEC and MEP clients, managing a high-performing recruiting team, ensuring the delivery of top-tier talent, and developing long-term client relationships. This individual will also be instrumental in refining recruitment strategies, expanding market reach, and optimizing team performance.


Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.


Client Management:

Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique hiring needs, industry challenges, and long-term business goals. Provide consultative recruiting expertise to support their talent acquisition efforts.


Recruitment Strategy:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source and attract high-quality candidates in the AEC and MEP sectors. Stay ahead of industry trends and utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine recruitment processes.


Full-Cycle Recruiting:

Oversee the entire recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.


Business Development Support:

Collaborate with the business development team to identify new client opportunities, expand service offerings, and contribute to revenue growth.


Performance Metrics & Reporting:

Monitor key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction. Report regularly to senior leadership on team performance and areas for improvement.


Market Expertise:

Leverage deep knowledge of the AEC and MEP industries to identify key talent pools, understand hiring trends, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.


Qualifications:

- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Strong experience in the AEC and/or MEP industries is highly preferred.

- Proven track record of managing high-performance recruiting teams and delivering top talent.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

- Proficiency in using ATS systems and other recruiting technologies.

- Strong analytical skills to track and measure team performance.
