We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative support to our recruiting team. This role will be responsible for scheduling virtual and onsite meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements for our team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Schedule virtual and onsite meetings, manage calendars for team members, and ensure seamless communication with clients and candidates.
  • Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements, including hotel accommodations, airfare, and car rentals, for team members and clients.
  • Recruiter Support: Provide administrative support to recruiters, including building and proofing client materials, such as status memos and marketing materials.
  • Event Planning: Assist the administrative team in planning company events, including the annual holiday party, team offsite, and other firm-sponsored activities.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in scheduling, administrative support, or business operations support.
