Job Overview:

Olfactory NYC is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our Events team The Events Coordinator will report directly to the Operations Manager. As the Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for the planning, arranging, organizing and execution for all Olfactory NYC events. The Ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, keen eye for detail and ability to multitask in fast paced environments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead all in-store and offsite events, from origination to execution across US markets where Olfactory NYC has a retail presence.
  • Organize staffing, supplies and facilitate communication between internal teams.
  • Lead our in store marketing efforts with regard to PR events and brand partnerships
  • Manage corporate event accounts and work with marketing to increase Olfactory presence


Preferred Qualifications:

  • ~2 years of experience
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and multitask
  • Very organized
  • An excellent communicator, both verbal and written, and able to interact with cross functional teams
  • Adaptable to a fast paced environment
  • Experience in planning, coordinating , executing events
  • Merchandising experience
  • Strong decision making abilities
  • Willingness to travel
