Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Audit Department and Executive Team.
  • Manage invoicing and process expense reports.
  • Prepare and format documents, ensuring accuracy in margins, fonts, and overall consistency.
  • Assist in word processing and data entry into databases.
  • Perform general office support duties, including stocking, cleaning, ordering supplies, and covering the front desk as needed.
  • Support facilities management tasks.
  • Assist with document preparation, reports, and audit-related paperwork.


Qualifications:

  • Education: High School diploma required; college degree preferred.


Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new tools or systems.
  • Experience supporting executives is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with invoicing and expense reports.
  • Strong communication skills.


Work Schedule:

  • Hybrid work model after 5 months (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
