Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team at CVR Associates, INC. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Project-Based Voucher (PBV) program operations, ensuring the efficient management of documents, data, and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including participant documents and correspondence.
- Assist with data entry, scanning, and indexing of documents to ensure a complete electronic administrative record.
- Respond to customer inquiries and tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate the retrieval and return of participant files to the document warehouse.
- Implement and maintain effective file management systems, including shredding documents according to retention requirements.
- Assist with scheduling and rescheduling appointments for intake and continued eligibility.
- Review and update waitlist applicant status letters, update spreadsheets, and resend mail with forwarding addresses.
Requirements:
- Preferred 2 years of experience working with scanning, indexing, and data entry.
