Office Services Coordinator

Summary:
Summit Ridge Energy is seeking a Coordinator for our Office Services team. The Office Services Coordinator plays a critical role in the daily management of the SRE headquarters office. We are seeking someone detail-oriented, well-organized, and interested in creating and owning processes and providing best-in-class service to a growing organization. Specific focus areas are interoffice communication, facilities management, and administrative support.

Launched in 2017, Summit Ridge Energy is the nation’s leading commercial solar company. Through its strategic partnerships and project financing expertise, the company develops, acquires, owns, and operates energy projects within the rapidly growing commercial solar and battery storage sectors.
In the past six years, Summit Ridge Energy has deployed over $1.6B USD into clean energy assets. With a development pipeline of more than 2 GW, Summit Ridge Energy will have more than 400 MW of PV online by the end of 2024, providing solar power to 50,000 homes and businesses.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Have a passion for organization and experience coordinating meetings across multiple business units.
- Procurement of office supplies and stocking the kitchens and supply rooms.
- Assist with catering needs to support business meetings.
- Front desk support with excellent client service.
- Manage company incoming and outgoing mail, including management of corporate UPS/FedEx accounts.
- Coordinate with building management for event scheduling, security, and maintenance requests.
- Manage office seating assignments for Arlington-based employees and visiting staff.
- Support ongoing needs for office updates such as construction and new furniture.
- Maintain a clean and organized office space and ensure that it is prepared for any event.
- Light administrative support for the legal executive teams.
- Other duties as assigned and needed to assist in meeting organizational goals and objectives.
Required Skills/Competencies:
- 2-5 years in office administration or executive assistant position.
- Excellent skills in MS Office.
- Self-motivated and with a strength in time management and task completion.
- Technologically savvy, with strong computer skills and the ability to manage multiple schedules.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, printers, scanners, document projectors, filing cabinetsfax machines and teleconferencing software.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is responsible for packing and unpacking mail items and requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. This role will need to stand on a step stool and reach overhead to manage supplies on and off shelving. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
