Salary: Circa $230-250k OTE (70/30) + stock + benefits

They’re on an exhilarating journey of expansion and need a passionate and driven Sales Engineer to join their dynamic GTM team in the US

The Role:
As the new Global Sales Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and success of the US team. Reporting directly to the VP of Solutions, you'll be the go-to expert for new business development, focusing on expanding our customer base within the FinServ Sector with their state-of-the-art suite of solutions. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships from the ground up, and has a knack for turning technical details into compelling narratives, they want to hear from you ♀️
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Showcase Expertise: Create and deliver captivating On-Screen / F2F PoC’s, presentations and product demos that highlight the value of their solutions.
- Engage and Educate: Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, crafting thoughtful and precise responses to meet customer needs.
- Build Connections: Develop strong, technical relationships with key stakeholders and partners, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the Customer Feedback Loop and collaborate with Product Management, GTM, Marketing, and other internal teams to refine their messaging and ensure customers are heard.
- Represent: Prepare and present at industry conferences, events and webinars, championing their solutions to a broader audience.
What They’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years in a hands-on technical solutions / sales engineering role with a proven track record in a customer-facing capacity in the FinServ sector.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Cloud-base solutions for FinServ Institutions. Understanding and drive to work in a start-up environment.✏️
- Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities, with a knack for managing customer expectations and delivering results.
- Network: Bonus if you have a strong network within Leading FinServ Corps.
- Attitude: Energetic, positive, and self-motivated with a strong "get it done" mindset. Able to work independently and thrive without micromanagement.
