Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships and business together with the Global Account Manager.
  • Identify business opportunities within account and plan accordingly.
  • Ensure that the business runs smoothly.
  • Own the SOP regionally.
  • Align with all internal LAM for the newly requirement/policy from Samsung (SDS + Logitech).
  • Manage the Cello performance and high light it to geo head or GAM for any behind.
  • Release the FSC to all the stakeholders on a monthly basis and manage the table.
  • Assemble the data for GAM on a regular basis, including the QBR material, market update.
  • Collaborate with GAM for the RFQ/RFP preparation.
  • Work out solutions within region or with other regions proactively at and beyond customer’s expectation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
  • Minimum 3 years of freight forwarding experience required. With experience in key account management team will be a plus.
  • Fluent in English, Korean (Korean native speaking is required).
  • Proficient in programs used for email, word processing, data manipulation (excel spread sheets), power point presentation, and general internet skills.
  • Assertive, showing interpersonal/managerial skills to coordinate DRI’s different stations in the best interest of the customer.
