Position Overview: As an Enterprise Architect within our Global Issuer division, you will spearhead the development of market-ready solutions, driving strategic initiatives across key sectors. Your expertise will be pivotal in crafting responses to complex RFPs and conceptualizing innovative integration strategies for large-scale processing systems, particularly in mobile, web, and digital domains.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic vision for integrating solutions across multiple products and services, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to delivery.
  • Shape the enterprise-level innovation agenda by influencing senior product development leadership.
  • Provide business acumen and consultative expertise to Product Leaders, fostering knowledge growth.
  • Champion solution design for intricate projects, coordinating inputs from various divisions.
  • Craft detailed design specifications and system infrastructure blueprints.
  • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of our solutions, products, and services.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams, enterprise/software architects, and business analysts.
  • Utilize your analytical prowess to align corporate strategy with technology capabilities and business operations.


Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT system development, showcasing skills in project and resource management, business analysis, and leadership.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in UI architecture and product development, coupled with a strong background in strategic sales support.
  • A solid 3-year track record of architecting solutions using modern technology stacks, microservices, cloud computing, and data analytics, guided by domain-driven design principles.
  • Proficiency in Java-based microservices architecture, with a preference for Kafka expertise in event streaming.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing cohesive digital platforms across web and mobile, encompassing payment systems, digital banking, core banking, and merchant solutions.
  • Financial industry background is preferred.
  • Experience with mainframe systems is advantageous.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, emotional intelligence, and the capacity to engage with diverse audiences at all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a keen eye for interconnecting various aspects of business operations.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
