Job Title: Enterprise Architect - SAP Specialist

Location - Wilmington, DE 19803 (Onsite)

Type Fulltime

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of SAP functional experts, including those specializing in MM, LE, SD, FICO, PP/QM, ABAP, EHS, CS, and MDM.

Develop and maintain the overall SAP architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

Provide deep expertise and leadership in at least two core SAP modules such as MM, LE, SD, or FICO.

Design and oversee the implementation of end-to-end SAP solutions that integrate various modules and processes across the organization.

Ensure the seamless integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications and external systems.

Develop and enforce best practices, standards, and guidelines for SAP implementations and configurations.

Lead the development and execution of data migration strategies, including master data management, ETL processes, and cutover planning.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across multiple SAP modules and systems without requiring additional handholding.

Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices.

Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to continuously improve the SAP landscape.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to SAP implementations.

Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP solutions and architecture.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP implementation and architecture, with extensive experience in at least two core SAP modules such as MM, LE, SD, or FICO.

Proven expertise in SAP architecture and design with relevant certifications.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and how they integrate with SAP solutions.

Proficiency in designing and optimizing SAP architectures to meet business requirements.

Skills and Experience:

Extensive knowledge of SAP modules and their integration with each other.

Deep expertise in at least two core SAP modules (e.g., MM, LE, SD, FICO).

Experience in leading data migration activities, including ETL processes and cutover planning.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in SAP configuration and optimization for various business processes.

Experience in integrating SAP systems with other enterprise applications and external systems.

Ability to develop and enforce best practices, standards, and guidelines for SAP implementations.

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in SAP environments.
