Job Description:

The Senior Enterprise Architect will be responsible for defining and overseeing the implementation of technology strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.

This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to create a cohesive architecture framework that supports the organization's objectives.

Prior experience in Merger and Acquisition project

  • Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies, frameworks, and standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to understand requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.
  • Technology Assessment: Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools that align with business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Framework Development: Develop and maintain architectural models, roadmaps, and documentation to guide the organization's technology investments.
  • Governance: Establish governance processes to ensure architectural compliance and best practices across the organization.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and technical teams to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the architecture and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Trends Analysis: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 + years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related roles.
  • 15 + years of Total IT experience
  • Prior working experience as Architect in Merger and Acquisition project
  • Should be able to understand the diversified non-ERP technologies
  • Good to have prior work experience in Chemical manufacturing domain
  • Strong knowledge of architectural frameworks.
  • Proficiency in cloud computing, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience with enterprise modeling tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Ecommerce platforms like Salesforce commerce etc.
  • Strong communication and written skills
  • Experience working in Sales & Marketing domain
