  • Providing mentorship and oversight for the HR functions of the back-office domain architects
  • Overseeing the complete lifecycle and functionality of the Oracle ERP and HCM platforms
  • Evaluating business needs and sanctioning architectural frameworks for the holistic solution
  • Exhibiting comprehensive knowledge across various value streams such as Hire to Retire, Total Rewards, Procure to Pay, Tax, Treasury, & Record to Report
  • Collaborating closely with Allegis Group, Oracle, and System Integrators to maintain design integrity and alignment with future strategic roadmaps
  • Presenting architectural solutions to the Allegis IS teams for evaluation and consensus on comprehensive solutioning
  • Offering strategic thought leadership and technical direction to reduce technical liabilities while adhering to critical business timelines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibiting profound knowledge of products and workflows within the Workforce Management, Global Payroll, and Financials Platforms
  • Grasping the functionalities of Onboarding, HCM/Benefits, North American and Global payroll features, Core Financials, and Financial Reporting
  • Demonstrating expertise with Oracle products including PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Oracle Fusion, among others

Management Responsibilities:

  • HR oversight of the back-office domain architects

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with leading cloud ERP solutions such as SAP, PeopleSoft, or Oracle Cloud, with a preference for Oracle Fusion Cloud experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant industry certifications
  • Extensive background in designing, developing, and supporting large-scale enterprise solutions

Skills and Competencies:

  • Expert-level technical knowledge and comprehension of architecture, application systems design, and integration
  • In-depth understanding of the business landscape and domain within the industry
  • Ability to convert business challenges into technical solutions and assess success in business terms
  • Proactively identifies internal and external business challenges and proposes enhancements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
