The Senior Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping and guiding the implementation of technology initiatives that align with the strategic objectives of the organization. This position requires collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders to establish a unified architectural framework that meets the business's needs.

- **Architectural Strategy:** Spearhead the development and execution of enterprise architecture strategies, frameworks, and standards.

- **Collaboration:** Engage with business executives, IT departments, and external partners to gather requirements and convert them into effective architectural solutions.

- **Technology Evaluation:** Assess and recommend suitable technologies and tools that meet business requirements and improve operational effectiveness.

- **Documentation and Roadmaps:** Create and sustain architectural models, roadmaps, and documentation to steer the organization's technology investments.

- **Compliance and Governance:** Implement governance processes to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices throughout the organization.

- **Mentorship and Leadership:** Offer guidance and mentorship to junior architects and technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Over 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or similar roles.

More than 15 years of total IT experience.

Experience as an Architect in merger and acquisition projects.

Ability to comprehend a variety of non-ERP technologies.

Preferred experience in the chemical manufacturing sector.

Strong understanding of architectural frameworks.

Expertise in cloud computing, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.

Familiarity with enterprise modeling tools and methodologies.

Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Capability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in the sales and marketing domain.
