The Audience Development Department is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Growth Marketing Specialist is responsible for growing the target audiences of multiple B2B brands through multichannel campaigns including search, social media, on-site ads, and more. Success in this role requires the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive creative decision-making, strong attention-to-detail, and excellent organization and project management skills. This role reports to the Director of Audience Development and our team is highly collaborative.  We believe in letting our work speak for itself. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Develop deep understanding of target audience behavior on-and-off-site to better inform and optimize creative, conversion points, and channels utilized  
  • Work closely with Marketing and Art to develop promotional creative to ensure consistency of branding and voice  
  • Create, execute and monitor multichannel campaigns that drive target audiences from awareness through to conversion utilizing search, social media, on-site ads, email and more 
  • Work with necessary teams to implement optimized design and copy for forms both on-and-off-site including widgets, landing pages, and subscription pages  
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as reach, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, and quality of converted audience to understand performance and drive continuous improvement 
  • Conduct A/B testing, interpret and analyze data, identify and implement optimization opportunities 
  • Analyze both target industries and marketing trends, championing new strategies and tactics to attract and convert new audience 
  • Create feedback loops with key stakeholders that drive actionable insights regarding content and offers driving engagement and conversion  
  • Execute monthly reporting to key stakeholders on performance of audience acquisition initiatives  

 


Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field 
  • At least two years of experience in audience development, marketing or related role executing copy, design and running paid media campaigns  
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide clear solutions and recommendations  
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager and Google Ads 
  • Proven experience executing paid social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) and Google Search ads with positive results 
  • Familiarity using Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube and/or Reddit for business is a plus 
  • Experience using design tools to develop promotional creative (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) 
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills 
  • Has a team-player mindset and thrives in collaborative work environments 
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage priorities
