The Compliance Coordinator supports the company in achieving credentialing and on-going compliance for all clinicians (RN and Allied) on assignment adhering to local, state, and federal rules, regulations and guidelines, as well as company policy and procedures.


Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6+ months experience in a professional office environment. Prior experience in healthcare staffing is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Skill in establishing priorities with independent coordination of day-to-day aspects.
  • Capable of handling multiple projects and working in multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.


Essential Job Functions

  • Maintain credentialing compliance while clinicians are on assignment
  • Enter expiring information to track renewal requests
  • Communicate with clinicians on expiring documentation to ensure on-time renewals
  • Provide administrative maintenance of clinician compliance files
  • Initiate online screenings, primary source verification of licenses and certifications
  • Upload documentation to vendor management systems
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external clients ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction for service delivery.
  • Follow the defined escalation process for complex issues
  • Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements for organization-wide HR and compliance processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
