Overview: A federal client is seeking a Bilingual Case Manager to support unaccompanied minors at a TFC location in Harlem, NY. The Bilingual Case Manager will manage a caseload of 8-12 minors providing reunification, home visitation, and resource linkage services. The Bilingual Case Manager will work onsite in Harlem, NY, rotate on-call support with team members, and possess flexibility to meet the needs of the families and program.


Qualifications:

  • Bilingual fluency reading, writing, and speaking in Spanish OR Creole (along with English)
  • Bachelor's degree (social work, psychology, and sociology preferred)
  • Vaccinated for covid-19
  • Comfortable with Google Suite and MS Office tools
