This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days on site.


Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to project management for lifecycle of research grants and support program activities
  • Assist in meeting strategic goals with committees, award selection panels, and workgroups
  • Act as point of contact with physicians, researchers and stakeholders to execute program activities, maintaining relationships with awardees and committee members
  • Schedule, create agendas and minutes, provide materials, and maintain documentation
  • Track invoicing, reconciliation, and budget preparation
  • Coordinate event planning and program activities
  • Develop promotional materials in partnership with marketing department
  • Maintain databases of applicants, awardees, and committee members
  • Utilize data insights to identify trends
  • Maintain department calendar, track deadlines, and events
  • Prepare information and draft reports, presentations, and other materials
  • Update and review web content for accuracy and relevancy
  • Coordinate grant and award administration including filing maintenance, document creation, and data collection


Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Bachelor degree required
  • 3+ years experience in program management, ideally within medical or scientific association
  • Ability to travel to annual meeting/conferences, and occasional work outside of normal business hours
  • Knowledge in research grants or awards administration
  • Experience with application management software preferred
