* Provide information, training, and technical assistance to Area Agencies on Aging and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations

* Interpret program report data to identify trends and areas for improvement

* Monitor program implementation and make recommendations for improvement

* Serve as a subject matter expert on caregiver issues and programs to support them within the Commonwealth

* Oversee the Virginia Lifespan Respite Voucher Program

* Assist with the facilitation of the Virginia Caregiver Coalition

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. social work, public administration, gerontology)

* 2+ years of experience working with older adults, family caregivers, and/or older adult programming and monitoring for compliance with federal and state requirements

* Experience coordinating federal grants and analyzing various types of complex information and preparing statistical and narrative reports

* Experience managing multiple priorities

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Zoom

* Ability to develop, arrange for, and provide training and to convey information clearly and concisely to various audiences both orally and in writing

* Ability to assess internal processes and procedures relating to assigned programs and update as needed
