Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  1. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Provide coverage between HR business partners and Dover Recruitment / Staffing agencies.
  2. Drive a superlative employee experience specific to recruitment and activities leading up to hire for those based in North America.
  3. Drive an exceptional onboarding experience, ensuring all the requirements of the joining process are completed in a timely and customer centric manner.
  4. Ensure employees are fully engaged with our benefits system and Intranet. Partner with HR business partners to conduct 30-60-90-day check-ins with new joiners.
  5. Support centralized initiatives e.g., annual appraisals, career conversations, and centralized learning enrollment.
  6. Investigate employee concerns and conclude the outcome in consultation with our legal team.
  7. Support various polices ensuring a consultative approach is adopted with stakeholders and a white glove treatment is provided to the Leadership team.
  8. Lead Employee Engagement Activities for the Austin Campus.

Key Skills of the Role:

  1. Understanding of basic Labor Law practices for various states in the US and Canada.
  2. Good understanding of employee engagement practices.
  3. Great interpersonal skills.
  4. A passion for creating a positive workplace culture adaptable to the needs of work.
  5. Ability to work with a globally diverse workforce.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple high priorities.
  7. Familiar with Success Factors or similar HRIS platform.

Qualifications for the Role:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources with a minimum 2 years of related experience, or PHR and/or SHRM-CP certified.
  2. 2 years of experience in Human Resources in a Technology driven work environment.
  3. Intermediate to advanced user of MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  4. Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  5. Self-motivated with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and a passion for driving a best-in-class employee experience.
  6. Ability to commute to the office all 5 days.
