Responsibilities:
- Administer and verify electronic time sheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
- Reconcile taxation expenses and manage payroll payments, including audits.
- Coordinate with international offices for payroll preparation and multi-currency postings.
- Prepare taxable benefits and manage mandated leave programs.
- Handle new hire reporting, social security verification, and payroll processing for new hires and terminations.
- Develop and deliver training materials, assist with HRIS updates, and support month-end close and reconciliations.
- Conduct periodic reviews of payroll processes and suggest improvements.
- Administer annual payroll close processes and prepare various reports.
Qualifications:
- Payroll certification is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of six years of payroll processing experience in a complex environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word; experience with cloud-based HR/Payroll systems and report writing.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll reconciliation.
