Financial Support Services Associate

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Financial Support Services Associate for an opportunity in Memphis, TN 38125

Position Title: Financial Support Services Associate

Location: Memphis, TN 38125
Anticipated Start Date: 10/14/2024

Expected Duration: 6 months

Job Type: FULL TIME (>=30 HRS WEEKLY, [CONTRACT], [REMOTE]
Pay Range: [$15.00] - [$21.00]

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Requirements:

  • Strong Excel experience
  • Finance experience
  • Create and use Pivot Tables, Excel
Job Description:
Looking for someone with strong Excel experience and skillset. Finance experience should be min of 2 years.

Skills for Excel should include:

  • Filtering and how filtering affects the files.
  • Use and create Formulas.
  • Create and use Pivot Tables.
  • VLOOKUP functions. Nice to have.
Looking for someone who is energetic, cooperative, wanting to learn new things and having long term goals. Overtime may be required.

  • Ability to understand processes, with cause and effect relationship
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Excel)
Duties:

  • Handle live checks
  • Post refunds/recoveries to the claim system
  • Troubleshoot the variances between claim postings and money deposited
  • Mail checks and documentation to clients
