Position Overview
We are currently looking for an Entry to Mid-Level Financial Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This position requires onsite presence during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering financial assistance to the North American Division by analyzing and reporting financial outcomes, including project revenues, costs, departmental expenditures, capital outlays, and Balance Sheet accounts.
- Collaborating with the Accounting team to ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
- Supporting the North American Finance team and management with monthly financial analysis, updates to forecasts, and participation in the annual budgeting process.
- Working alongside business groups and management to prepare necessary financial analyses for performance evaluation.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance existing reporting and forecasting methods, including automation of specific processes.
- Assisting with special projects as required by the North American group.
- Engaging regularly with senior management at divisional levels.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups, along with financial modeling capabilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- 0-5 years of experience in Corporate Accounting or Finance.
- 0-5 years of experience in variance analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with SAP (training will be provided).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Advanced skills in financial statement analysis.
This role requires onsite work and does not offer remote options.
