Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines Coordinate project tasks and ensure they are completed on time Liaise with project team members to ensure clear communication of project objectives and expectations Schedule and attend project meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items Assist in the allocation of project resources Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and any issues or risks Prepare and deliver project reports and presentations as required Monitor project budgets and expenditures Assist in preparing budget reports and forecasts Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies Monitor and report on project risks and issues. Implement corrective actions as necessary Ensure all project activities comply with company policies and procedures Office environment but required to travel to project sites Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or Engineering field Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office Knowledge in mechanical engineering and AutoCAD is preferred
